Here we have provided you with the option to add gender. Basically, the dating Plugin provides you with the option of Man, Woman, and couple. But, if you want to add other options like ‘Widowed Man’ or such, you can do so from here. This change will be reflected on all the parts of your site where you will see the gender options.
